Another New Start

New weightloss challenge!!! Starting small

Goals:
  1. Eat only at the table on small plates
  2. no eating w/ tv on
  3. or at computer
  4. drink 8 glasses of water
  5. workout every Tues/Thurs at least
  6. take vitamins/fish oil
  7. limit tv/internet time
