I'm doing pretty well with this. I find I focus more on the taste and texture of food. I tend to want to read though while I'm eating which is equally distracting.
Doubtful I've lost any weight this week but I'm hoping the small changes here and there will pay off.
We did have pizza last week, but it was plain cheese with thin crust and I avoid fast food like the plague.
I also made it to the Y to workout 3 times last week. Baby steps, right?

Oh how I wish I hadn't read this. Now I'm thinking it needs to be the next thing on my list of baby steps.
So many times I've looked down and wondered where the food went. Not good.

I noticed no recent entries! I hope Sparkpeople is working for you. Oddly, the "no restaurant thing" for me is working unexpectedly on my waistline (in a good way, lol).
