I'm doing pretty well with this. I find I focus more on the taste and texture of food. I tend to want to read though while I'm eating which is equally distracting.
Doubtful I've lost any weight this week but I'm hoping the small changes here and there will pay off.
We did have pizza last week, but it was plain cheese with thin crust and I avoid fast food like the plague.
I also made it to the Y to workout 3 times last week. Baby steps, right?

Spark People
Well I've gone and joined Sparkpeople for the 3rd time ever. Let's see how it goes.
I'm 183 lbs w/a BMI of 33 *gasp* OBESE! So disgusting. :(
My goal is to lose 40 pounds in 6 months - in time for my 33rd birthday. Think I can do it? I know I can!

New weightloss challenge!!! Starting small
Goals:
Goals:
- Eat only at the table on small plates
- no eating w/ tv on
- or at computer
- drink 8 glasses of water
- workout every Tues/Thurs at least
- take vitamins/fish oil
- limit tv/internet time
