I'm planning to do better with the coming week and squeeze more activity into my days. It's hard making time for that when I'm here alone with the girls but I'm thinking I'll get back to the yardwork and at least walk the yard when they are playing. It's a good size yard. I could pretend it's a track. LOL!
In an effort to keep me on track, I'm going to plan a menu for this week. I'm thinking of ingredients I have on hand because money is tight ALWAYS so I am trying not to make too many trips to the store.
A friend of mine told me about this and I thought I'd do it. I know it's not Monday yet but I've got somewhere to be tomorrow morning so I thought I'd do it now while it's on my mind.

Monday - Bean burritos and a side salad
Tuesday - Grilled chicken, corn on the cob, spinach salad
Wednesday - Baked fish, steamed veggies, baked potato
Thursday - Spaghetti & salad
Friday - PW's chicken salad on wheat bread, pretzels
Saturday - Homemade Pizza
Sunday - Tuna salad w/ pasta
