Week 11 & Mid-week Update

I think this is very motivational seeing how I'm getting closer and closer towards my 10% goal. This all seems to be happening very slowly but I'm proud of the fact that I'm sticking with a program. :)

Remember you are probably gaining some muscle, so that might stall your weight loss. But it will catch up with you soon! Keep up the good work, you are doing awesome and it will pay off!!
