Meeting the Trainer
I've got to get us out of here in the next 30 minutes. I'm meeting a trainer at the new gym to set up a program for me and show me how to use all the equipment properly. The guy is supposedly the guru of fitness there and he does look like he fits the bill. He's too nice though. Calls me Miss MyLastName and Ma'am repeatedly. It cracks me up.

Weight Loss Update Episode 4
This was my 9th Weight Watchers meeting. I'm down a total of 11.8 pounds - down 2.2 this week! Yay!

Random Recipe
I'm still going strong with this! I'm thinking I've only lost a pound this week and tomorrow's my weigh in so I'm a bit annoyed that I'm not losing faster even with all this exercise (4 times since last Saturday to Curves! woo hoo!)
I thought I'd share my lunch. :P
Tuna Salad on wheat w/ grape tomatoes, sliced carrots & 8 chips = 8 points
I used 1 T +1 tsp of light mayo, tuna packed in water, a small amount of diced red (purple? lol) onion, celery and some black pepper.

I used about 1/3 of a cup of the tuna on my sandwich with spinach leaves. I have 1/2 c. leftover as you see below. Just an idea for a healthy lunch. I'm calling this two servings of vegetables with the spinach and the carrots and the tomatoes. Zero points for that!
